With over 6 years of experience in the real estate space, Zach originally started as an agent in college and gradually migrated towards flipping single family homes. 

After a few years in the single family space, he realized that the commercial real estate realm provided greater scale and a better return on time.

Just before graduation, he bought several small apartment buildings with joint venture partners and has been working on similar deals ever since.
